This package has been carefully put together for entrepreneurs in the start-up phase who want to establish a solid legal foundation from the outset. Starter Package – kick-start your startup

What does the starter package offer you as an entrepreneur?

For a one-off fixed fee of €1,000 (excluding VAT), we offer start-up entrepreneurs the following:

An initial meeting at our office with one of our lawyers, during which we can already discuss the key legal issues;
A template employment contract or a template services agreement that complies with all statutory requirements;
An explanation of the most important provisions in a lease agreement;
Advice on the various options for raising finance;
A template engagement letter tailored to your business;
For a period of one year (starting from the initial meeting), direct access to an assigned junior lawyer who will act as a sparring partner for legal questions and can answer short queries by telephone.

In addition, during this first year, start-ups benefit from a standard reduced hourly rate for our lawyers for any further advice, or if you are faced with legal proceedings within the first year.

In this way, we support you from the very beginning in setting up your business, ensuring that you have a solid foundation for a successful future. This not only provides peace of mind, but also makes your business more attractive to investors and business partners.
