Rahella joined Kneppelhout in October 2024. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Law and her Master’s in Employment Law from the University of Amsterdam. During her Master’s, she served on the board of the study association ASAR and participated in the European moot court competition, the ‘Hugo Moot Court’, in Budapest. Additionally, she completed internships at small, medium, and large international law firms.

Rahella is part of the Employment Law department. She chose employment law because of the unique dynamics within this field. Employment law closely relates to people’s daily realities and touches on both individual interests and broader societal issues. “In my opinion, employment law is the most fascinating field there is.”

In her free time, Rahella can often be found at the gym and enjoys discovering new restaurants. She also loves to travel but prefers spending quality time with her family and friends.
