Following his studies in Business Economics and Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam, Job went to work for Robeco. He then worked a number of years at the law firm of Houthoff Buruma. Job communicates clearly with a focus on effectiveness and thoroughness.

Job joined Kneppelhout in 2014, where he has been a partner ever since and leads the Corporate Law practice. He has extensive experience in private equity, joint ventures, and investment structures. He represents both investors and sellers, advising on complex corporate acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships.

His background in (financial) litigation provides him with a unique perspective when drafting and reviewing contracts. He is highly attuned to legal risks, ensuring that agreements are not only commercially attractive but also legally sound.

• Conducting legal due diligence and advising on transaction structures
• Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, investment agreements, and other corporate documents
• Leading various mergers, including international transactions
• Advising on corporate governance, directors’ liability, and restructuring processes
• Assisting companies with regulatory compliance and risk management in corporate transactions
