Eveline has worked in the Property & Administrative Law section since 2011. Eveline studied at Erasmus University Rotterdam where she graduated in Constitutional, Administrative and Private Law at the end of 2010. She is particularly interested in areas of law at the interface between administrative law and private law. She is therefore a specialist in environmental law and expropriation law.

“I frequently deal with advising and litigating in the fields of spatial administrative law, enforcement and water law, both in the administrative court and the civil court. I often act on behalf of an administrative body, but where appropriate, I also act precisely against decisions of administrative bodies. This may be in the field of spatial planning, but also in the context of general administrative law and food law. I also advise our clients on environmental permits and environmental plans.”
